In January, I reported damage to my car and have since left two messages on your website, but no action from you. The only contact seems to be when my monthly payment was late. I am disgusted with your customer relations. In view of your lack of contact, I decided to cancel my policy and go for a much cheaper one - and you have the nerve to ask for £101 cancéllation fee. It seems I am expected to go with the policy, but same does not apply to you. High premiums and no service. Disgusting! Would not recommend Lloyds to anyone else..
By the way; I am not paying you any cancéllation fee.
