they closed the penkridge branch after being in the village 150 years it now costs me money to park and long ques of people waiting on being served then someone robot comes along and says you can put money into the machine REALLY! what happened to customer service?
when you they take ages to answer I asked for a paying in book so I could pay money in to p.o which would improve things guess what I received after 25.mins on the phone a load of envelopes that you use to pay into the bank I'm changing banks
