They have locked my card and tell me l need to go to a branch with photo I'd to unlock it. They have kindly closed my branch so l will have to trek. No explanation and l filled the security sweep on an account that l have had for 40 years?
Simply do not give a monkey's about me, but if l had owed them money, well, l bet security would not have been an issue then!
