I had to claim a Car Insurance refund from Lloyds when my friend died in October and I sold her car, Lloyds were very helpful and refunded the balance of her car insurance without any bother. I asked them to quote against my car insurance earlier in the year and got a very satisfactory quote.
I have over the last 50 years had a bank account and ISA's with Lloyds and found them very easy and sympathetic to deal with I would certainly recommend them as a bank and insurers to other people.
