i have been banking with Lloyds since 2007, i have kept large sums in their account, i have even had my house mortgage with them. out of the blue, after 10 years, because i did not have a lot of money in their account, they have sent me that they are closing my current account. they have not called or warned or explained anything.
they only sent a letter in the post. it is fine as i am currently banking with other bank but they are totally unreliable. imagine i was overseas or something, they did not even bother to call me. PLEASE do not use. I am now getting my wife to switch away from them too!
