Well, be there 10 days ago due the kitten was sneezing, dropping eyes and coughing, been told the cat was good and the vet against the medication, cool, been charged 37 £ for consultation.. Today, been there again for the vaccination but the vet suggested the cat needs antibiotics, so no vaccination and been told i would be changed only for antibiotics. Well, the secretary charged me for antibiotics and consultantion(and this time was 38£+ medications). When i was asking to see the vet for clarifying why she said something different before, she just send the secretary again to repeat the everytime you have to pay the consultantion...but it wasn't planned today. Won't go there anymore and will do the treatment somewhere else. I feel ripped off frankly.
