You are selling a hat that contains a ball , the dogs have to rip the hat apart to get the ball out, the material is a choke hazard!😡

I did an online order for something I will only need once. Web page came back as attached. Critical error order not processed but have been charged. I would be refunded. I need the item for pet health and went an extra journey to pick up item. £12 expecting refund. Then constant reminders emailed to me to pick up item which I'd already had to buy. I want the £12 back but no way to contact the company as 'Live chat' is shut down currently so now I've wasted a trip to shop, a lunchtime and now only choice is another trip to store, in an attempt top retrieve my money.

I have two Afghan hounds and throughout dealings with pets at home Drumchapel have found the staff helpful and.knowledgable excellent staff and good management willing to give customers their time and expertise, thanks PETS AT HOME

I cancelled a subscription because my cat doesn't like the liquid in flea and worm treatment it seems to upset him pets at home after attempting 4 days running finally took £10.50 it's on pending I've complained pets at home say they can't cancel the pending transaction my bank says they can cancel it they are being awkward

Up to 6 months ago I had money off vouchers through the post to use on my pet products which I always used as I am a member of VIP Pets. Have now been told that I have to have the App in order to get these. This is discrimination against the elderly who may not have a smart phone!!!

My dog was gromed by a butcher. He had such a bad experience that he was traumatised he didn't recognise us he was dazed, shaking his tail between his legs when he was brought out. we asked for a trim and got a skinhead head to feet even his eye browses where shaved.i was so shocked that I left. When we got home.i was so angry with what had been done to him.that I was going to return to the store, my wife made me see sense. Bets at home don't have good groomers if you think they do stay in the store while your best friend is being man handled.never ever would I recommend pets at home groomers to anyone.have told them to find a proper grommers. The things lwould like to say about pets for home about what they did to my dog.would not be published.i will say no more. Apart from if you go ,look it will be one time your pet will look at you with tears in there eyes.as my did, saying why did you let them hurt me.

Lovely person helped me with 12 female guppies, served me with a beautiful smile and a laugh. GIVE HER MORE MONEY!!!! really nice girl i didnt catch her name unfortunately

Awful, will never shop here again. This is a prime example of a company stealing your money, and that’s all they care about. We have not had our delivery, we can’t get in touch with them, there are no updates. Daylight robbery!

I order approximately £100 per month on food. Over the last 8 orders, they have either been damaged or partly missing. I have stuck with them as I do not drive and heavy orders are convenient to be delivered . But I have now had enough. I will be making a complaint directly to them, again!

I spoke to a very knowledgeable lady, I believe her name was Ellie, she advised us on different types of resources. She fussed our dog which he loved. She greeted us with a lovely cheery smile . It’s always a pleasure to shop here . Please passs on our thanks Harley our Cocker spaniel x

Shocking on line service pets at home someone isn’t doin their job properly and I’m goin to b contacting director as terrible customer service! My next day delivery is still in Evri warehouse, when I pay for next day delivery it means next day not a week later! You have the worst customer service record! Plenty people out there would do a good job u lot obviously aren’t bothered!

Sadly customer care is lacking in common sense approach. I left my receipt at home but thought it would be fine as I just wanted to change the cat food flavour , same brand , same price . But no , no goodwill gesture to keep a customer happy . If I could find the cat food else where I would stop shopping here .

everytime i go to pets at home and buy reptile food the next day its all dead and they dont have alot of things for reptiles which i think is bad.

Visited Beaumont leys pets at home store on 15th of September with my 3 young children and been served by Magz who has been fantastic with her help and knowledge also she was very friendly with the kids which left my children and me very satisfied with this visit. Overall we're very happy with the service provided by Magz and I would suggest that pets at home should hire more friendly, experienced and helpful staff for their branches nationwide. Btw fishes are very healthy and doing well so far :)

Crosshands grooming centre. I have never encountered such a rude aggressive member of staff who incidentally refused to give me her name. I had previously dealt with Lana who was exemplary in her help and welcoming attitude. I had an appointment at 9.30am. No bell to ring to let them know I was there. 15 mins later. She saud "yes" through the hatch. I explained Daphne was there for nail clipping. From there on the encounter wrnt downhill. She said she tjey don't make appointments for nail clipping. Checkedbtgr computer and the appointment was there. She ssid Daphne needed a muzzle snd literally threw it at me. At that point she said she didn't want to cut her nails. I said i would out in a complaint. She walked away from me. Let me reaffirm at no point wad i rude to her. Her attitude was appalling. Needless to say I won't be going back.

Last behind till was super helpfully tayler and her colleague didn't get her name but they both was very helpfull when I visited dewsbury store very happy lovely smile and Didn't have a issue with my question thank you girls
