I ordered three dog food items via their online web service. While two were delivered in a somewhat timely manner (one package looking somewhat damaged), the 3rd went missing. Apparently the delivery company decided it was too damaged to be delivered and returned it. It is now 14 days later, I still have not received the missing item, and it appears impossible to contact their customer service. I only got an automated looking email telling me "This needs the human touch, use our live chat on the web site". Good joke, said live chat _always_ shows either to be offline, or most recently the live chat button doesn't even appear any more.
I have also tried to contact their support phone number, but only ended up in an endless waiting loop.
Worst customer experience ever, I'm about to ask my bank for a chargeback and will never buy from that company again.
