Terrible company. I placed an order for a Hamster cage online, transaction went through with confirmation.
24 hrs later I received an email saying my order was cancelled due to being out of stock.
Less than 24 hrs later it was back in stock.
So the day after I complained via live chat and after a few hours I decided to purchase the alternative cage to collect in my local store.
Yet again my order went through, 10 mins later I received another email saying my order was cancelled due to being out of stock, yet the website said it was available?
So now I'm waiting for 2 refunds on the same card.
Surely a company this size can update it's stock levels before taking payments and orders.
Appalling service !!!
