We recently went into Wessex Gate Poole to buy some dog food for our westie. All the staff were running around filling shelves. One member of staff called Jade stopped what she was doing and came to help us. Jade was really helpful and not only upsold but saved us money overall. Her customer skills are excellent and should be recognised. Big thanks for proper customer service. So many companies forget that customers pay the wages!
