Found the chap at the Newton Mearns branch to be very arrogant and condescending.
Continually talked over me whilst I was trying to explain what I was looking for.
I ended up going to the Auldhouse branch instead where the staff were fantastic.
However, that guy needs to seriously sort out whatever issues he has!
