I purchase building insurance and accidentally paid for a year up front rather than monthly as I'd meant to.
It took 40 minutes to get through to customer services. I was assured it would be cancelled and I could then buy again with the monthly payment option.
That was 3 days ago and no one has cancelled my policy or called to explain why not. I don't have time to spend 40 minutes waiting to speak to someone at the moment.
Not happy.
