They have always appeared to go out there way to resolve issues. such as when I changed bikes the lad spent 3 hours in total backhand forth trying to sort it for me. would have been 5 stars if there prices were better though! went from less than 500 a year on my 1000cc to nearly 700 a year on a 600cc!
