Getting the latter took a couple of days as it needs verification from a third party like the Royal Mail and others. He spoke to Abi, a customer services specialist who advised accordingly and gave him an extension to the deadline. He states that this particular person was very professional, understanding and provided him with all the answers to his initial queries. The verification code was submitted some time later but before the extended deadline so thumbs up. We even received acknowledgment to this as well. We have not made any claims hence why the four stars as we cannot comment on that angle.
