I paid for a policy on the 1st March, no documents were received.
I emailed no response.
On the 5th March I tried callling impossible to get through.
Web chat not working.
I sent another urgent email and raised a formal complaint, no response.
Given I could not ride the motorcycle I tried calling again, waited for over 40 minutes and finally someone answered. I was told not sure what has gone wrong??
You were abysmal some years back and things are now worse than ever.
You are legally bound to deal with formal complaints and you ignore this requirement!!!
