I must admit after i signed up to Quote Me Happy i was very worried that this was a on line service only.. and me .not being particulary competant with the computer....but i found a way that I could chat to a person via the phone..and he was as helpful as anyone could be...so much so i am no longer worried about this companny and its on line basis ..and if they quote is the best i can get by the time i look around for comparisons which is in just a few days then i wont hesitate to sign up again for another year with QMH
