I am unable to log into my account as it says I have tried too many times.! I used the correct details. I need a copy of my insurance to prove to the council that I am insured. Soon I will be fined for parking in my street if I can't prove my insurance. I have asked for help with their customer service link and various means but no reply ...NOTHING. I will never use this company again and do not recommend anyone does because I am so frustrated. I have tried many many times to get some form of contact and NOTHING.
