My wife's car was stationary when hit in a rear end shunt. Reporting the claim to QMH they authorised its removal to storage and there it's been for more than 6 weeks. Yesterday they advised that due to a technicality they now refuse liability for the repair.
Unbelievable!! We are now reporting QMH's actions to the Insurance Ombudsman.
