I'm normally the first to say when I've received bad service, but this time, do you know what? I have nothing but joy to spread. I had an accident before Xmas, called Quotemehappy, a loan vehicle was delivered to me within four hours of the accident, and from there on, nothing but politeness and efficiency. I can truly say that not one person I dealt with - the crash repairers, the guy who picked my car up - was anything but pleasant and helpful. It's something you don't want to know - how your company responds after an accident - but I can only tell you my experience, which was that they couldn't have done better.
