Do not insure your house with this company customer services is terrible They don't want to know if you have a problem I was told to pay for a structural servey Which could cost upto 600 pounds Still no quarantee ill be reimbursed only if they think I might have a claim Total joke so basically they don't want to know or even pay out There under writers are aviva a large company but quote me happy decide if you can claim or not without even coming out to look at any damage have to lay money out yourself for servey reports which cost hundreds of pounds I wonder if aviva know they are giving them a bad name in the insurance industry they take your money but don't want to know when you have a problem so be careful before you think about laying money out to insure with this company cheap isn't always the best they offer cheaper quotes but don't deliver on service.
