Dreadful experience. Having uploaded my proof of no claims I was surprised to receive an e-mail a few days later stating that my policy had been cancelled because I had not sent my no claims!!
I e-mailed, explaining exactly when I had uploaded the document and asked for an explanation. Nobody ever contacted me and I was charged an extortionate "admin fee" for the cancellation of the policy.
No phone number to ring so no opportunity to speak to an actual person.
Would not use them again.
