Insurance companies are tested when you need to make a claim. After 25 years, we needed to make a claim when someone drove into us. It was not our fault. One phone call to quotemehappy and they sorted everything out. They collected the car, assessed the damage and paid out on the same day. Eventually we replaced the car and the premium did not go up. True we had no no claims protection, but even so, we expected a rise in the premium. It was our first ever insurance claim.
