I am desperately trying to log in, but as described by many below, it wont let me and the rest button puts me on a loop (been trying all week and I am two hours to go before my insurance runs out!!)! I need to access my account - I have just found out that after a third party claim, it is now showing as a claim on my insurance!!! Renew has come around which I was going to do, but cant as it wont let me log in!!! Ombudsmen it is!
