I have had a terrible experience with this company. I rang several times and all they wanted to do was fob us off. Part of our chimney had come off in the wind with damage to the tiles and a aerial which was ripped off. They asked us to get our own contractor As they couldn’t get anybody out !!! We did and gave them a quote from the Builder and they then said they would need to get back to us !!! It’s over a week and we still have holes in our roof, part of chimney is missing and no television. I would not recommend this insurance company to my worst enemy. Stay away !!!
