Awful. My renewal is due in 2 weeks. They quoted me 10x. I am fully paid up until end of policy so cancelled my direct debit as I am not renewing. Sent an email with this information. Got a letter today from CEO saying my policy has been cancelled early and there is a cancellation charge! Never again, such an terrible company
