RAC is happy to accept our money for decades of NO CLAIM, however the minute we made our FIRST ever claim, they put on their magnifying glasses on and dig into all proofs, including our personal medical records. Finally it was approved and our damaged car was fixed, however the feeling was terrible as RAC has absolutely NO element of trust on their paying customers. Total disbelief and well focused on their own benefits and financial gains. RAC policies are set SO WELL to make us poor at all time and them get rich. I suppose this is the case for all insurance companies, unfortunately. I recommend do your research, pay less cost for premium and expect better customer service.
