BEWARE! disappointed to see RAC using deceptive behaviour on motor insurance renewals. They only showed the increased monthly debit amount on renewal rather than full cost which added up to around $350 increase on previous year. On further examination i discovered they increased the excess amount without authority by $400 from $500 to $900 so effectively increasing the total cost of insurance by over $400pa with no claims.
