AVOID AVOID AVOID, the COOP insurance company use an outside loss adjuster that actively seeks to deny genuine claims, even if you are lucky enough to have them allow your claim, the outside loss adjuster ( Buildng validation solutions ) they appointed a particularly difficult man ( Mick Dilworth) to my claim, they then undervalue the claim drastically in order to pay out less than the true value of the claim I have been fighting with these people for three years now, and my claim has still not been met properly, COOP INSURANCE IS NOT COOP ANY MORE, IT HAS BEEN SOLD TO ANOTHER COMPANY THAT DO NOT WANT TO PAY CLAIMS, AVOID AVOID AVOID
