**WARNING: Do NOT Buy from Gear4Music - They Will Scam You!** I recently had the absolute misfortune of purchasing a Korg Pa4X from Gear4Music, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The keyboard arrived broken, and their nightmare customer service began. Initially, they promised to repair it or replace it if that wasn't possible. So, I sent it in, and then... nothing. Weeks went by without a single update. After chasing them down, they finally admitted they couldn't repair it. I provided a repair quote from my own technician and requested they return it to me, especially since the Pa4X is no longer available. Their response? They SOLD my keyboard without my knowledge! This was beyond infuriating. After endless back-and-forths and horrendous customer service, they promised to have their sales team find a replacement. Predictably, they failed. Their “solution” was to offer me a pathetic £200 discount on the Pa5X, which still costs £500 more than buying it outright from other retailers. They expected me to shell out an extra £1000 for THEIR mistake. This company is a disgrace. Their incompetence and utter lack of respect for their customers are shocking.
