I returned a clarinet because it was already a replacement and I wasn't happy with it. I still haven't received my refund. They insist they have sent it but the bank have not received it. I have been given a date when it was done. Only then did they send a receipt which had a completely different date on it. It is in the hands of my bank now. I just really need my money back. I have bought a replacement elsewhere and wrongly assumed that I would have had my money back to pay for it . I am feeling very disappointed 😞 I don't want apologies I just need my money.
