We ordered a new PC for the office on the 24th of December 2019, and did not hear back from the GOK team member. Upon contacting Andy H on the "chat with a technician", he confirmed the PC was never ordered due to the technician we were in contact with leaving the company.
By the end of the chat, Andy had found the PC, arranged the courier and installation swiftly with no issues. Really disappointed in the original mishandle of the situation, but most impressed with Andy's professionalism and prompt reaction.
