As a hotline customer for many years I can say the onsite visits from individual technicians has been excellent (except one instance where a less experienced person presented) but the process to get a technician to call back or help you remotely or make an appointment can be prolonged because of staff shortage? Hopefully now all my computer and internet issues have been solved once and for all so I won’t be needing any more extensive help but the occasional calls to the hotline I hope can be faster!
