Not a great experience. I had arranged to have the computer picked up at 8 am because I had to go to work. It was my first day at a new job. Harry arrived after 8.30 because he'd ignored my directions and used google instead (he told me he'd done this). So google wasn't as accurate as the person who actually lives here! I got to work late and really flustered.
Usually you guys are good.
