Hi, the tech did not fix the problem in my computer he just ran the updates and some scanning to clean the files which I can also do. There was no thorough investigation of the problem. My problem is my laptop keeps updating every 5 to 10 minutes and I couldn't do my work. He says maybe it's a hardware problem without checking, just a guess! Looks like he has not encountered a problem like this before. Until now it has not been fixed and what I paid is not worth the service I got. I am not happy with the service! Will not recommend.
