When I called your service 4 days ago in the early morning I was anxious with concerns about computer security. Customer service were prompt in confirming an appointment with Glen W. I found him to be highly skilled, affable, and a patiently good listener to my problems and concerns while he solved one issue after another, both recent and old. He was also a good teacher as his explanations helped me have a better understanding of these issues. I was extremely happy he resolved all 10 of my concerns that were important to me ,but also gave me much needed peace of mind. He earns more than 5 stars !
