I’ve used your services for some years and whilst always very content Rohan brought my satisfaction to a whole new level. He was brilliantly efficient, unfailingly courteous and thoroughly pleasant. He took time to talk to my kids and the mere fact they stayed in the room after their introduction spoke volumes - kids are usually right and always brutally forthright and it was lovely not seeing them vaporise on contact.
