I've used Geeks on Wheels for approximately 5 years for managing all my IT needs at home. They're like having your own IT Department - I've worked as a contractor in government for the past 20+ years and have been reliant on having an IT team that I could use within the building. Geeks on Wheels are exactly like that - they can fix things on my computer remotely by my agreeing and giving them access to my PC. Just fantastic response to any requirements I've needed. And I buy my hardware from them - they come in and install and test and make sure it's all working 100%. Even sorted my Internet connection on my TV.
