Rence was all that you’d hope for in a technician - he knew what he was doing, he did it efficiently, and explained what he was doing in language that a layperson could understand. He arrived promptly, was friendly and courteous, and suggested improvements to the system without the hard sell. The company responded very quickly to my request for assistance.
