Hi
I filled in a feedback form earlier today saying that I had trouble as I had not been advised that my documents would not transfer to my new laptop and just now I have found that my contacts did not come over. It has been very stressful having to find these things out and not knowing how to fix them - I would have appreciated being advised this was the case and how it should be fixed.
