Mike listened to what my problem was and approached it very methodically and involved me in the "search for the files".... I felt that we had covered all "what might have happened to them?" approach and we worked through those possibilities.......and found them. He has told me how to continue to find them, and transfer them to the cloud after doing some homework on hard copy files and on the laptop to establish which files need to be transferred. This should be a very helpful in finally transferring them to Google Sites for the family and others to access down the track. Thanks Mike and it is good that I can be in touch on the phone to follow up with any questions. PS: The help I had earlier in the week over the phone when I was unable to connect to the Net for some reason was quite exceptional. You guys and gals know your stuff....thanks. Pete S
