Kingley- This is a real human being with a passion to relate politely to his customers. He served me well and I understood everything about my computer. He also explained about the Malwarebyte popping upall the time on the bottom right corner of my screen- an upsell message which is too dear for me. But overall Kingley satisfied me about computers and how to work them nless his soul.

I was looking forward to a positive encounter with Chris but he kept saying my computer was too old and that I need a replacement which throws a bad light on me. when he asked what was wrong I explained that there are viruses & malware in it & I needed him to clean them. I need a refund because he did not spend a whole hour working on it & he keeps saying I need a new computer. Where will I get the money for that? I'm a Pensioner and have no income. What is worse is he saw a popped-up notice about a Malwarebyte Trial which pops up every two minutes but he just deleted it and did not do anything to stop it popping up. I need for him to come back 1st thing tomorrow morning and get rid of that thing popping endlessly interrupting my work. He infected my computer with it. This was a total waste of time and money for me. These guys should think before they say sensitive things to clients. I'm surprised if he doesn't get into trouble from somewhere else soon. Please get him to come and get rid of the un-welcomed pop up message and fixed my printer as well - I told him to fix it but he blamed it on the dry ink?
