I have used Geeks a few times , thinking I was getting good help, Well I have just paid out 121 bucks for geeks to do some work on my comp, they informed me that there was a problem and as it was still under warranty to take it back, the problem was related to the mouse didn't want to function , so back to the shop, to be told, then shown, that just hit f7, turn it on, they also missed a problem with another computer about a year ago, blue tooth had a problem , Geeks advised to take it back to store, I did, again to be shown how to turn blue tooth on, I put this down to a possible misunderstanding, people make mistakes, But to now miss another supposed easy fix I got to wonder, So if you are a novice with computers., check out the company's beforehand , Sadly it was two different employees of geeks that made mistakes, again got to wonder ., I for one won't go back to them, prior to this I thought I could trust what they told me . now I wonder , Be ware , Do ya home work ...
