Lafi was very polite and professional. In dealing with 2 people who are electronically challenged it was great that he explained things well and in no way did we feel " stupid". That has not been our prior experience with other people who can get impatient for those of us who struggle with the digital electronic world . Lafi had excellent customer service skills ( his response to my observation about previously" feeling stupid" when faced with people being impatient about my electronic illiteracy was along the lines of" he would be out of a job if everyone was skilled and familiar.
