Thank you for your help, the young lady doing our job was brilliant. Who was to kno One NZ voice over the Internet only works on their equipment? One NZ has only just supplied the new modem sending their Tec to help install it by way of apology for the hassle, just as well as they discovered a broken wire which would have caused ongoing problems, it was a fluke discovery. Reconnecting our monitor for the solar system was also problematic as it had to be reconfigured at the inverter by the instal Tec from their company. It seems our job has been a learning curve for everybody and not the simple little project I first thought.
