Understanding of someone who has felt overwhelmed by changing technology and things breaking down for a very long time. Alex was excellent and I would definitely call on her expertise again. Very patient and calm. Fixed my printer in a couple of clicks, that multiple other outlets had simply brushed off and told me I needed to replace. Showed me very patiently how to do the things I was struggling with and although I had a very long list of problems to get help with, Alex was able to solved a few major ones within the first couple of hours.
