Received some outstanding service from Tom the Geek and have asked that he be my preferred Geek for future IT support at my home. He fixed a difficult internet connection problem which another IT technician from another IT company gave up on fixing. After fixing the internet connection problem he ensured that the TVs in my home were able to connect to the internet and that I would be able to watch my favourite movies and history doco's.
