The booking for an IT specialist to attend was so easy and full information provided on costs, what to expect and even a mention of a % off for my Gold Card. JackM was amazing!!! He was clear in his communications re arrival time and from there he did not disappoint! He was utterly professional and patient sorting out my internet provider's issue and left me instructions on what to do pending the provider's required actions to get the internet up and running. JackM left my job open to ensure that all would be/was functioning. A shout out too, to the person on your help desk who came straight back to me when I was inputting my password over and over unsuccessfully due to my impaired vision mistaking a lower case t for an I...
