Have used Geeks for some time for a number of issues. This issue was with a Brother Printer which I bought from Geeks just over a year ago, was still under a 4 year guarantee and had become just about unuseable.. There were some problems in getting resolution from Brother which were frustrating. But to keep a long story short, Vaughan was very helpful as was his team leader, Andy, when the situation needed to be escalated. I was less than happy with Brother - I do not think the matter would have been resolved without the intervention and help of both Vaughan and Andy. Thanks to both of them I now have a new printer which was delivered quickly from Brother by NZ Courier Post. Hopefully it will last longer than the previous one. I will certainly carry on using Geeks - they are just wonderful for people who, like me, are less than totally computer literate. And so convenient that they visit at home to solve any problems.
