I would like to say how pleased I am with the Geeks on Wheels service.
The laptop I use is very old and was starting to "play up", it would only let me have five minutes online! Very frustrating!
My daughter put me in touch with G0W, I booked a visit, expecting to wait a few days. However, the Tauranga Branch sent James (a personable young man) the following day. He was able to solve the problem, provide me with a cable, and offered ongoing tech support, when the time comes to replace my laptop.
I will certainly be recommending G0W to my friends.
