I had trouble with my computer not booting up, just going to a blank screen. On had AlexJ a Tech from Geeks on Wheels come and have a look on Saturday. As soon as I turned on my computer, she could tell that a windows download had not downloaded properly. She managed to fix the proplem and gave my computer a quick health check. She made sure that my computer would start up straight away before she left. AlexJ aso kept my file job opened and she followed up with a call on Thursday to make sure that my computer was still going well and that i had no more problems, I feel this is such a good customer service and made me feel valued as a Geeks on Wheels member. Geeks on Wheels i rate as A+++ service and i highly recommend them to other people and would definitiely use again.
